Hydrogen vehicles need hydrogen - and it will be a while before filling stations are prevalent, despite the California highway initiative.

BUT....

Fleet vehicles fill up at their base location, not at your local station.

So...

The city fleet vehicles are Hydrogen's First obvious application.
